The RV was like a home away from home for our guests who came to visit. Robert was great to work with and answered all of our questions very quickly. It was our first time setting up an RV at our new home and Robert made the whole process very easy.

The Austin's are exceptional hosts that go above and beyond. They are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They had great communication and delivered and picked up exactly as agreed. The RV "Big Gem" was very clean (looked brand new) and extremely well stocked with everything that you could think of that you would need. The bed was extremely comfortable!! I highly recommend anyone the Austin's and "Big Gem"!! I will certainly be using them again.
Thank you Austin's for making it a great weekend for me and my family.
