Awesome 22 ft. Camper Trailer ready to go. The awning with lights are great for outdoor living. For an additional fee, add in a 20inch propane firepit with full tank of propane. Weighing in at only 3,513 lbs (dry weight). This trailer can be pulled by most SUV’s and midsize trucks. To make the rental as easy as possible, price will include height adjustable 2” hitch and ball for use on any size vehicle, and trailer sway control. Wireless brake controller is available if your vehicle does not have a trailer brake controller already installed. Equipped with a full queen size bed and two twin bunk beds. Will sleep 4 comfortably and up to 6 with the dinette turned into another bed. Also equipped with full bathroom with shower and sink, air conditioner, heater, Fridge with freezer that runs on propane and electricity, two burner gas stove, Bluetooth capable radio with speakers inside and out, power awning, led lighting throughout. For an additional fee a generator can be added to make those trips with no hookups that much better! With the goal of being the easiest rental on Outdoorsy, we like to have the camper ready to go when you pick it up. With that being said other amenities included that will be ready at time of pick up are: Full propane tank, house batteries charged and full, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toilet paper, paper towels, and the tanks empty. Fresh linens are included unless you would like to opt out an bring your own. What's includedCamping chairs, propane grill, outdoor mats, (6) camping chairs and fresh linens.RecommendationsTo get the most out of the rv, it would be best hooked up to sewage, water and electricity. The tanks and battery are not huge if you do go off the grid. Other things to noteI will charge a $60.00 dumping fee if tanks are not empty upon return.
