We were first-time camper renters, and Kendra and Jared made the experience effortless. The trailer was spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and exactly as listed. Jared patiently walked us through every step—he even hitched the camper for us and double-checked that everything was level and secure before we left. When questions popped up on the road, Kendra replied almost immediately with clear, helpful answers.
