The size of this motorhome does not make it too overwhelming to drive, but the Three slide-outs significantly increases the living space once you get to your destination. This RV in general has a lot of great features. In addition to the 3 slide outs, it has a queen sized over-the-cab bunk, its own automatic leveling system, indoor and outdoor speakers, two televisions, DVD player and blu-ray player, generator, hidden trash can, outdoor shower (great feature if you are near the beach), microwave, stove top and oven, automatic awning with built-in lights, and so much more.The RV will sleep 5 adults, but can sleep 6 if you have kids. (We will allow max of 6 people if there is at least two children, but only a maximum of 5 adults). Three small children will sleep comfortably on the Queen size over-the-cab bunk, our girls favorite feature in the RV. This bunk area has its own TV (this TV also doubles as the dining area TV), which is a big hit. Rentals Rules & Agreement Addendum
(This is an addendum to the Outdoorsy Contract)
Pick up and Drop Off Times: RV must be picked up after 11 AM on the first day of the rental and must be returned before 3 PM on the last day. __________
No Refunds for Early Returns: If you return early we do not refund the days you will not use. This includes if there is an accident involving the unit. However if the crash is not your fault, you may be able to recover your rental costs from the at-fault driver’s liability insurance. __________
Fee for Late Returns: If you are late returning the unit past the agreed time listed and initialed on this page, there is a $50 per hour late fee. You will also be responsible for the cost of any canceled rentals due to your late return. __________
Driving Age: All drivers must be at least 25 years old and must be listed on the contract when you pick up the unit. All drivers must also be verified by Outdoorsy, or rental will be cancelled. Note that unverified drivers are not covered by the insurance and we therefore cannot allow the RV to be used under any circumstances without verified drivers. If that is the case, cancelation policies apply. NO EXCEPTIONS. __________
NO SMOKING: Smoking (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) in the unit forfeits $750 of your security deposit to cover deep cleaning fees. __________
Odors / Cooking: We do not allow anything that can create a strong smell in the RV that is difficult to remove, such as raw fish storage. When cooking inside the unit, please operate exhaust fan in the dining area. For excessive interior odors, the bathroom vent fan is also available. Any excessive odors on return may result in a Deep Cleaning Fee up to $750 __________
Travel Restrictions: Our RV units are NOT allowed to travel into Mexico or Canada. Crossing into either country will cause the unit to be reported stolen and the total loss of your secu

As a children, both my husband and I remember how much we enjoyed camping, especially when our parents bought RVs. They were some of our happiest memories. That is the reason, we wanted to get an RV. We don’t buy a lot of things for our kids, but we sure put a lot of effort in giving them adventures. And in three years of having an RV, we have certainly made use of it. We love the flexibility and we love discovering new places.
