Spacious floor plan. Sleeps 8 comfortably. 1 slide out with dual entrance.
King-sized bed in the separate master bedroom with separate entrance up front.
Privacy screen for back beds - 1 Electric queen bed, 2 sofas fold down together to make another queen bed.
Dinette sofa folds down to make a full size bed.
2 captains chairs.
Equipped with TV and DVD player. Speakers inside and on the exterior.
LED lights throughout. Exterior Flood Lights.
Garage door folds down to make an outside patio.
16 ft garage can be used to haul motorcycles, golf cart, dirt bike, canoes, paddle boats kayaks, etc.
Electric Jacks
The kitchen has sink, cooktop, stove, microwave, ventilation. RV has AC/heat.
Refrigerator, furnace (heat), stove and oven all run off of propane. Full tanks will be provided. Renter to return RV with full propane tanks.

Other things to notePet friendly with a $25 pet fee. NO CATS. Dogs must be potty trained. If trailer comes back with pet urine damage you will be charged $250 cleaning fee.No smoking in RV.
