This RV only has 30,000 miles on it with meticulous maintenance and detailing on a regular basis. I've decided to rent because its time to start getting more use out of this RV now that one of my sons is out of the house (in US Army), and my other son isn't interested in RV'ing as much with just him and I. I've maintained this RV with the care of an actual owner because this is the only RV I own. I want to provide an experience for my guests versus just an RV. I'm flexible with special requests or things I can do to help you enjoy your stay. Anything's possible right? This can sleep up to 8 but 6 comfortably. That's if you don't sleep outdoors in tents. I always made my son's pitch a tent and sleep outside. They pushed back at first but then really loved being outdoors.San Diego is truly the best place to start an RV trip. You can just stay in San Diego (I've listed below all the local good spots), but I've done trips to Yellowstone and hit so many great spots along the way. Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Grand Tetons, Grand Canyon, and so many other great national parks. I've also gone up the coast and hit Newport Beach, Ventura, San Francisco, Napa Valley, Southern Oregon, and Washington State. Before the kids get too old, take this RV on a two week or 1 month trip of a lifetime. Here are some RV specifications for you:- 2012 Class A RV - Tiffin Motorhome

But since the motorhome can go anywhere in the USA, the possibilities are endless. Take a trip from San Diego to Utah's Bryce Canyon and stop by Lake Powell or Salt Lake City. For a 2 week trip, hit the road and head from San Diego to Yellowstone and then back down to Utah on the way home. Making a huge upside down "U"! You can also head up the coast to hit all the California spots while you head into Oregon, Washington State and then around to Idaho, Montana, and then back down. With some of the finest national parks in the country, west coast RV'ing is the best in the world!
Other things to noteI have pets and understand that leaving them behind on a long trip can add extra stress so feel free to bring them along and enjoy the trip together. My son is in the US Army so will offer discounts to current or former military as a huge "thank you" for your service!

Have a question?Get answers directly from the host

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I can provide either option. I can only drop off within 100 miles of El Cajon, CA.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes, I have a printed manual with visuals and detailed operational information. I also have a walk through video which I request each renter view prior to their trip.
Q.What type of car/truck do you need to tow this trailer? What are the hitch requirements?
A.
It's drivable so no car or truck is required but you can tow a car or trailer behind the RV that's under 5,000 lbs.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electricity can be 50 amp, 30 amp, or 110 Volt. I have the adaptors for each option. The RV has an electronic leveling system and automatic slide outs so setup is as easy as it gets.
