We spent countless hours researching the best RV and found the perfect size to have everything one can need. 3 TV's, one outside, entire side popout makes the RV feel like a studio apartment with lots of room to move around. The large window in the roomy cabover bunk is amazing at night under the stars. Both driver and passenger seats rotate to add to the living space. More counter space than any other RV its size. Auto leveling for easy setup. E450 for ease of driving and powering up hills. Perfect length to fit in almost all parks and campsites. Whether you are new to RVing or a seasoned traveler, you will love this RV!
What's includedThe RV is equipped with cooking/eating utensils, pots and pans, dishes/cups, a cutting board, cutting knives, a coffee pot, toilet paper, toiletries, a small outdoor table, a portable grill upon request, and cleaning supplies to keep it tidy.Other things to noteThere will be a $150 fee charged should the upholstery need to be shampooed because of Smoke, strong pet odors, or dirt. The gas tank should be filled 5 miles from the drop-off location, $30 + gas will be charged if the tank needs to be filled.

We bought our brand new RV recently, and it was the best purchase ever. We live in Escondido, San Diego county with our dog Jersey. We love traveling and having new adventures. Our dream is to travel the entire United States that hopefully will happen very soon. In the meantime we would love to share our home with you so you can also take vacations that you will never forget.

1. There will be a $150 fee charged should the upholstery need to be shampooed because of strong pet odors or dirt.
2. The gas tank should be filled 5 miles from the drop-off location, $30 + gas will be charged if the tank needs to be filled.
3. No Smoking or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $150 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
4. You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
5. Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
6. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
7. Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility.
8. Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
9. Due to smell concerns no clean or cooking of fish is allowed in the rig. Plan to cook the fish outside.
10. Vehicle must be returned with same amount of fuel, and propane levels as it had at the time the renter receives the vehicle.
11. To be safe for all our patrons, we will not rent to users who are currently COVID-19 positive until you have been cleared by a physician. Proof of clearance will be required.
12. Drivers may not drink any alcohol within 12 hours of driving the RV. Violators of this rule will forfeit their deposit.
13. Out of an abundance of caution, any adult member of your traveling party should be validated as a driver in the case of emergency. Driving by anyone who is not a validated driver is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Payment of any charges and outstanding damages will still be due after the forfeiture. All adult drivers must be validated and qualify for the insurance coverage.
