Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We offer early pickup (prior to 3pm), inquire if available. The charge is $50. Drop-off time is flexible before dark and no extra charge, just let us know. Take your time getting back.
Q.
Can I return the camper dirty?
A.
No cleaning fee if you return the camper clean. We include a broom and dustpan, paper towels, sponge and soap, and cleaning supplies. Please empty the black tank, throw out your trash, and empty the fridge. For us to clean, we charge $40/hr to clean the camper with a minimum one-hour charge. Please don't clean the exterior as Airstream requires a special process. We assess exterior cleans as needed.
Q.
Will you empty the gray/black tank for me?
A.
Yes, we charge $100.
Q.
Things to remember when arriving at camp?
A.
Before backing into your campsite, get out and look! (GOAL). Make sure you're not backing the camper into tree branches, picnic tables, or other obstacles. If your campsite has hookups, make sure you're parking within reach of your hookups. Try to park in the most level part of the campsite so that you don't have to level the camper. Use a spotter (on Bluetooth or with your window down to communicate) when backing up. Go slow :-)
