First-time renter on Outdoorsy, and what a great experience it was! The van was clean and Virgil thoroughly reviewed how to operate everything. All communications/questions were answered without delay. I could go on and on and on...but it's just not necessary -- just TRUST me when I say you will NOT be disappointed with the rental of this van!! It is worth every penny, in comparison to other van rentals we have had. The van is VERY well stocked with all the detailed items you will need, the instructions are thorough and also clearly posted within the van, a cheat sheet, and a binder in case you can't remember something from Malcom's excellent walk-through. Kay and Malcom will go out of their way to help you with any advance planning or assistance needed while on the road! The van is very clean and well cared for, so please do your part and continue to take care of Grace should you decide to take her on your trip :)
