I highly recommend booking this RV with Mark and Cyndi if you are a beginner like me. This is my first ever RV trip, and I have never driven anything bigger than a 7-seat SUV before. However, the trip went very smoothly thanks to Mark and Cyndi. They were responsive online, and everything is provided in the RV. It was like an Airbnb. Mark gave me a 30 minutes introduction when I picked up the RV, and Cyndi sent me a tutorial the day before. They made it as easy as possible for me.

My experience with the Host was outstanding, Jane was very informative and kept in contact throughout the entire time. The one star less review is to Outdoorsy. The cleaning fee and pet fee are not explained correctly when booking, the RV delivery option misleads people and the price to rent was outrageous. It was my first time and never again will I rent an RV with Outdoorsy.
