This camper has had 1 owner and is well taken care of. We have only camped in it a handful of times. It has a slide out king bed, bunk beds in the front, pull out couch and fold down table for extra beds if needed. We will have enough sheets for the bunk beds and main bed along with some extra blankets if using the additional sleeping spots. What's includedWe will include our four camping chairs (2 adult, 2 child) if requested.No towels or bedding is includedGeneral cooking supplies and utensils will be on boardAll of the tools required to setup will be with the camperThe weight distribution hitch will be included, I just ask that it be placed out of the weather as much as possible when not in use.Extra power cords along with various adapters will be included (50amp, Regular wall plug, etc)Drinking Water hose and black tank clean out hose includedSewer line and fittings will be included.Jack blocks are included RecommendationsThis has been a very fun family camper and will continue to use it as such. We just ask that anyone interested in renting treat it as good as we do so that we can continue having fun with it when we get time! Other things to noteWith it being a family camper we do not want it at tailgating events or festivalsNo smoking inside the camper pleasePets are ok - we just ask that any dog hair is cleaned prior to the conclusion of your rental
