The longer the stay the cheaper I can make delivery.This beautiful family style trailer comes with everything you need plus many additional amenities upon request. There is central heat and air plus a 2nd heat/air unit solely for the master bedroom. Rig has 2 bathrooms with vanity and storage, 1 with full stand-up shower and the other with a 2nd access point to the outside. Pets (small dogs) are welcome and everything in the camper is yours to use. All I ask is if you use it, clean or wash it and put it back. This camper has 2 large slide-outs for a spacious hang out and kitchen area. Master queen bedroom comes with dedicated full bath and a 34 inch smart TV with a swivel wall mount for convenient viewing, tons of storage and outlets that work off the converter. Living room area has a 42 inch LED with firestick, pull out couch that sleeps 2 and convertible dining table suitable for some of your smaller guess. Couch and table have a railcar style divider seat that can swing toward the table for when you want more room on the couch. Kitchen has a 3 burner Furion stove top and oven, large sink, extended foldable table top, microwave, and medium size fridge. There is plenty of storage and drawers that are fully stocked with utensils and dining ware plus a large pantry. There are games, puzzles, and radio with indoor and outdoor speakers.The bunk room has a queen-size foldable couch mattress and two bunkbed's. The right bunk folds out of the way when using the couch. The entertainment center has plenty of storage and a 28 inch flat screen ready to be connected to any computer or gaming device. Master and bunkbeds in the camper have foam toppers. All come with fresh bedding, you may want to bring additional pillows or extra blankets.What's included Since there are two bathrooms there are two black and two gray tanks and the system can combine for one dump station port. Outside you have a outdoor kitchen with 2 burner stove top and mini fridge. Ports for outdoor shower and hook ups for cable if your location provides it. Dual propane tanks will be full at drop off so just top them off or on pick up I can deduct cost from security deposit.Complimentary when I set up I will also set up a tripod adjustable fire pit cooking grill top for your stay. Access to WIFI is through Verizon 5G and available for $5 per day or $25 for full week renters.

The Matheny’s were amazing! Needed a last minute camper and when I contacted them they got back to me right away and had the camper to me and set up in just a couple hours. Camper was perfect for our needs. Great camper, Great people.
