The RV worked perfectly and was well equipped. This was the first time using this platform so I wasn't aware that the drop off time was not the same time I picked the RV up on my last day. Needless to say I was an hour late. The hosts were very understanding and fortunately didn't charge us any late fee. Also I would like to mention that our hosts were top notch. Very kind people, understanding and walked us through the whole process. We couldn't have had a better experience.
