My RV sleeps 6 people with a private master bedroom with an upgraded pillow top mattress, convertible dinette and a memory foam futon. Please keep in mind that with the more listings and recommendations I receive I do add more amenities to my RV so reach out if you want anything provided with the RV that is not listedI am happy to drop my rv off for your convenience for a fee. It has one main ducted A/C unit and a new mini split installed in the bedroom as most RV's are not designed to maintain a comfortable setting in the Arizona desert. I am also happy to allow your furry friends with the exception that you respect my RV as much as I do and leave no trace of them.I have this bad boy fully stocked with fresh sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, wash cloths, a 3 tier soap dispenser in the shower and dish soap and hand soap . Many other essentials including dump hoses, fresh water hose, leveling blocks, cookware, seasonings for cooking and a Keurig! All the lighting in my RV is LED and dimmable and color changing. It also has an outdoor awning with an LED light strip.I have a smart TV installed in each the bedroom and living area. My RV has bluetooth audio inside and outside controlled through a head unit in the living room.
