Sleeps 6, 2 Bathrooms, King Size Bed, Queen Bed both new memory foam mattresses, Additional Twin Bed when you fold down the couches in the garage, Outdoor Entertainment Center with Kitchen and Refrigerator, Indoor Kitchen with Full Size Microwave, Oven and Refrigerator, Sofa are individual recliners. Bluetooth connection to play your music indoors and outdoors. The Garage can hold 2 Harley Davidson Bagger Motorcycles or 4 Sport/Dirt Bikes or a standard/stock size 4 seat Razr. It will NOT fit a 4 seat CanAM. Awning has LED lighting, automatic levelers, 2 AC units. High Definition TV antenna (3 flat screen TVs). Garage has a fold down patio.

Return Requirements:

**The optional cleaning of $150.00 indicates: If you clean the interior, meaning leaving no trash, bathroom cleaned, kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes, stove/oven microwave), refrigerator cleaned, floor is swept/cleaned. If you return the rental in the condition you received it, you will not be assessed a cleaning fee. The optional black and gray tank $75.00 fee: If these are emptied upon return, you will not be assessed a fee. All amenities included will be inspected upon return. Any items missing or damaged will be assessed a fee and taken out of the security deposit.
