Maybe you're planning a wedding and you don't have enough room in your home for the bridal party to get ready or to just hang out in solitude away from the chaos. Don't have a truck to tow it with? Look into our delivery, setup and pickup.Our well maintained 2016 Chaparral-Lite 5th wheel that has an optional gooseneck adapter that can be installed for towing it can be the perfect solution. The cozy RV has three slide-outs is not only roomy and comfortable but at 33 feet in length it's large enough to sleep 4 and entertain many more. Our Chaparral 30RLS is fully stocked with a coffee maker, crock pot, pots and pans, charcoal grill and much like an ******, just bring your food, clothing and personal items, move in and enjoy your stay. We also provide movies to our renters to enjoy during your stay. We even provide one tank of propane at no cost to you.We will accept up to two pets (Dogs only) 25 lbs. or less each. An additional charge may apply, just ask. We always try to promote bringing along your four legged best friend. Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside of the RV. A smoking clean up fee will be assessed if necessary.*** Important Information *** Once you request your booking through the web site you'll receive a quote for review. We can communicate via the web site to discuss your quote and firm up final details. When the quote is accepted the web site will complete your booking and We'll see you at your rental site based on your rental dates. (Please make sure you've secured a rental location prior to your requested delivery date. Provide us with the number of people in your rental party. Our RV will sleep up to four (Bedroom and Sofa bed ), information about your dogs and information about where you need the RV delivered.We service North Eastern Florida. Just let us know the name of your destination resort, campground or residence and we will confirm delivery, setup and pickup eligibility. (Additional areas of Florida can be booked however a mileage fee will be assessed based on the actual destination and will be calculated on two round trips).*** Site Requirements *** Our RV will require a site large enough for a 35 foot unit without low overhead tree limbs. Power requirements are a 50 AMP service. A fresh water hookup. A sewer connection. All Full Hookup listed sites should have the ability to accommodate the RV. Note: Depending on the type of RV site we may be able to work with you on 30 AMP power.*** Note: Our RV does have on-board tanks for fresh water, sink and shower water and for the toilet. If you choose a location without sewer hook capability a charge will be assessed for tank maintenance. The charge will consist of the actual cost for a septic tank service to pump the tanks as needed during your stay if the tanks fill prior to the end of your stay or a flat $45.00 charge if the tanks aren't full by the end of your stay and we can perform tank maintenance ourselves.(All quotes and communication must be via the booking web site per web site policy.
