15’ separate garage holds 4 seater sxs, your dirt bikes or your Harley’s.Take for a weekend, a week or for a few months. .The back ramp turns into a back deck and there is a roll down mesh mosquito net if you’d like to turn the garage into a covered patio.W/D hook ups for our long term renters. There are two ways to heat your water either electric or gas. Gas is typically most efficient and keeps the water hotter for longer. What's includedComes stocked with silverware, plates, bowls and cups, pots and pans, 55” tv w/ Netflix, towels, fresh linens for master bedroom, and a couple folding chairs.Includes fueling station for all your toys.Also will have some some sunscreen and other small items stocked.Delivery and pick-up available within 100 mile radius upon request.
If you are flying in and need a ride to and from the airport that is also available upon request. Other things to note• Please NO smoking inside.
• Furry friends are ALWAYS welcome.
• Would prefer no pets on couches BUT if that’s what makes you feel comfortable please bring a pet blanket and set it down first that way we can avoid holes from nails etc. if possible!!
• It it is windy please avoid having the awning out.
• Please NO food scraps down the sink.
• Please NO toilet paper down toilets. Please dispose of in a plastic bag.
• The fifth-wheel does not have internet hooked up. We use a hotspot.
• If you have small children PLEASE let us know. I have a box of toys I can leave behind and a kids lounging chair for outside.
