Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Generally I can be fairly flexible with pick-up and drop-off. That said, keep in mind I have a kiddo in school during the school year and I do occasionally have work meetings during the week. Those items in mind, I'm sure we can work something out, just send me a message and lets get coordinated. :o)
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Take it slow. Going fast causes errors and that leads to damage. Driving fast gets scary and is unsafe. So with all things, take it slow and smooth, enjoy the change in frame of mind.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
A surge protector is provided and required. It will tell you if the power source is as it should be. We will cover this in our handoff. Hookup sewer (black) first, empty it all the way and with the valve open flush with water using the provided hose. Then close valve and switch to grey, this will "clean" out the sewer hose with the soapy dishwater and is the least messy method. Always be sure to close the valves after opening... otherwise you might end up with a poopsie on your hands!
