We did not get to meet Steve when we got the van and there was so minimal instructions that we had to figure out things by ourselves. We communicated with Steve who was prompt to answer but not really getting the answers to our questions, lol! Windows hard to slide, missing a kitchen towel and backup camera still not working but we were fine. Bed was very comfortable, fans helped at night and van was nice to drive. Overall we had a very nice trip and we really enjoyed our experience!

Car was aged and basic but a reliable truck for Maui. The pop up tent didn’t fit our family of 3 (2 adults plus 1 toddler) so camping was a bit of a hassle.
