I make it as easy as possible for you and offer comprehensive video tutorials and a written PDF manual. That way, you can learn how every feature works prior to arrival. Simply show up (any time of day or night), grab the keys from the lockbox, and hit the ground running. For questions, there's an extensive FAQ on my website and we offer world-class support (just see the reviews on all of my vans... they're all exactly the same, btw, so check those if your dates aren't available).

No dirt road travel, no smoking, no climbing on the roof; all will result in full loss of security deposit. Please don't have campfires with the van doors open. Any accident requiring body shop work will result in the full loss of your security deposit. We have our vehicles professionally maintained every 5000 miles and cover the cost of unexpected mechanical issues when they're within the understandable lifespan of a given part. Beyond normal wear and tear, you are responsible for all included items and damages to the exterior and interior of the van during the course of your rental. By booking, you agree to the terms of service on vegascampers dot com.
