Rules and policies
1. The RV is to be returned by 3PM on the last day of the reservation.
Customers who are not able to return by 3PM MUST inform Ace RV Rentals by calling 571-367-9223.
Any late returns between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. will incur a $150.00 late fee. Returns after 11PM on the last day of your rental are strictly prohibited and will incur a charge of an extra day plus insurance, if applicable.
2. If the Wheelbase (third party) insurance option has been selected, a deductible of 2% of the value of the RV applies, with a minimum of $500.00 and a maximum of $1,500.00. Please see associate for specific value of the applicable rental unit.
3. No smoking of any kind inside the RV.
4. No climbing on the roof of the RV.
