Hillwood Camping Park, just to the west of Lake Fairfax Park, is an ideal alternative and offers great facilities and camping amenities. Facilities include a dump station, flushing toilets, shower block, RV storage unit, and on-site general store.

Exploring the Area

Staying with Fairfax County, why not pay a visit to ‘George Washington’s Mount Vernon.’ This was the plantation of the US’s first president and his wife, Martha Washington.
