Camper Rental Rules – Please Read Before Use 1. Driver & Towing Requirements: Must be 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license. Tow vehicle must have adequate towing capacity and a working 7-way plug and brake controller. Weight distribution hitch and sway control must be used. 2. Campsite Setup & Teardown: Follow the included setup and teardown checklists. Always use wheel chocks before unhooking. Use stabilizer jacks only for stabilization, not leveling. Never move the camper with slide-outs extended or steps down. 3. Tank Usage: Toilet paper must be RV-safe. Do not flush anything other than RV toilet paper and human waste. Monitor black and gray tank levels. Renter is responsible for emptying black and gray tanks before return. Failure to do so will result in a $200 fee. 4. Electrical and Water Hookup: Always use a surge protector when plugging into shore power. Use a pressure regulator on city water hookup. Turn off water heater and water pump when not in use or before towing. 5. Propane & Appliances: Ensure propane is turned on for stove, fridge (if on gas), and water heater (if using propane mode). Turn off propane before towing. Clean stove, microwave, and other appliances after use. Refill propane (unless refill fee was paid). 6. Cleanliness & Care: No smoking or vaping inside the camper. No pets allowed. Return the camper clean and tidy—swept, trash removed, surfaces wiped down. A cleaning fee may be charged if unit is returned dirty. 7. Awnings: Do not use the awning in high winds or storms. Never leave the awning extended unattended. Renter is responsible for any awning damage. 8. Slide-Out: Ensure the area is clear before extending/retracting. Never move the trailer with the slide-out extended. Keep the slide seal area free of dirt and debris. 9. Damage & Repairs: Report any damages or issues immediately. Do not attempt any repairs without owner’s approval. Renter is responsible for damage due to misuse or neglect.
