2009 Heartland Sundance
Our camper is our wonderful home away from home, with a few special touches to make it feel homey. This is used by our small family during hunting seasons in Georgia, and always kept under a canopy. It sleeps up to 6 people. We offer Free Delivery,SET UP, and Pick UP at Flamingo Lake RV Resort or Big Tree RV park. We will deliver an hour from Jacksonville for a nominal fee to cover our gas. Relax and leave the towing to us! That way you don’t have to worry about gas mileage or getting the RV to your destination. Our large one touch pop out slide is for even more space and comfort. WE Will Never Charge FOR Propane, Linens OR THE USE OF OUR Weight Distrubution Hitch AND Extra Sway BAR. All of our items are included for no extra charge: interior and exterior speakers that play music from an am/fm radio with an auxiliary cord set up. This will help you enjoy the outside under the awning. The inside kitchen includes a bar with stools, a two sided kitchen sink, a three burner stove and cabinets that include: pots, pans, cutting boards, dishes, silverware, towels, can opener, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, zip locks, aluminum foil, grill utensils, spices and more. Our kitchen also includes a refrigerator and freezer to keep your food cold. There is also a microwave that doubles as a oven/conventional oven. The master bedroom includes a queen/full bed, his and her hanging closets, nightstands and lights. The couch and table also fold down into full beds for more sleeping. Our bathroom is very roomy with a medicine cabinet above the bathroom sink, a large standup shower, and a fully stocked linen cabinets filled with essentials such as towels, washcloths and toilet paper. The full sized toilet makes for a comfortable experience. There is also a large sectioned off cabinet for your pantry needs. Our RV has 50 amp hook ups that allow the entire family to enjoy cool AC and all other amenities. The AC is powerful with vents throughout the entire cabin that can be moved for your comfort and a furnace for those cold days or nights. The water heater runs off of propane for nice hot showers. Outside features a power tongue jack, stabilizing jacks, 2 20lb propane tanks (included in rental, no extra charge), front storage, outdoor speakers, and a large awning. We can also include at no charge, per request: grill, outdoor table, chairs for lounging, corn hole boards or coolers. If towing is an issue, we can set up and deliver the RV for you. If you wish to tow, our weight distribution ball and hitch and the sway bar will be included for no additional charge. We hope that this camper can be a home away from home as it is for us.
