We rented the first week of May. I’d not rented before and working with Bryan was awesome in terms of preparation for our trip. He was awesome and very helpful. We arrived after a 8-9 hour travel day down and my son, 9 yrs old with a medical condition was afraid. He pretty much refused to go in the camper. Needless to say we ended up having to cancel our trip. Bryan and Outdoorsy were both fabulous thru this unfortunate situation. I hate that it did not work out for us to rent the camper. I still plan to try again and would highly recommend Bryan and Outdoorsy. Great customer service and experience. Thanks again for the understanding. Some photos of where we ended up. 😀

First of all Bryan was amazing! Very friendly, accommodating, and informative. Great communication from beginning to end. Went over entire trailer and hooked it up to car at pick-up. The trailer was in perfect condition and had everything you need to have a great time. Pots and pans, utensils, bedding, towels, etc. Next time I will be able to leave half of my camping gear at home! And I will most definitely be renting from Bryan again!
