The RV is in a 14x27' storage unit with a 144" wide opening for the door. With awning, ect the RV is about 105" wide. Please only rent if you are comfortable backing it into the store unit and have positive experience backing trailers. It's not beginner friendlyOther things to noteNo smoking inside. Pets are at your discretion but you are responsible for damage and clean ups. Please do not go #2 in the RV toilet. The RV smells nice and we'd like to keep it that way.
You must use a 2-5/16" ball. You can use our hitch if you have a 2" receiver.
You must have a 7 pin electrical connector for the lights and brakes.
You should have a brake controller, if not you can use our wireless curt controller.

5Camille and Phil were very accommodating and helpful. They were able to walk me through on the setup process and welcomed to message if I needed any help. The trailer itself was much more spacious than expected and came with all the necessities of an Airbnb. I was able to tow the trailer easily with my half ton pickup. I high recommend and would come back again!

5The RV was super cute, clean, and comfortable. Philip was a great person to rent from. He went through everything with us so we would know how to set it up on our own. One hundred percent would rent this RV and from Philip again!
