Working AC unit as well as a fan with various different settings. There is a kitchen in the back with a stove, sink, and electric cooler. The trailer includes a power hookup and propane tank, and a shade pullout that hangs over the driver's side. You can expect to have outdoor lighting on both sides. All windows have blackout shade for privacy or screens to open the windows but keep the bugs out. Most importantly, the s’more toolbox comes stocked so enjoy some fireside snacks!
