-2017 coachman Catalina sleeps 9/10 people. 4 bunks in the rear. Bedroom with door in front. Couch and dining turns into beds. Includes most items needed for camping. Camper has a two burner outdoor cooker, K cup coffee maker(bring your own coffee),toaster,ice maker, 6 fold out chairs, outdoor carpet, 32 inch tv, DVD player, has raido with outdoor speakers, 6 foot fold out table, blue LED lights with color changing underglow lights, pots/pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, ice cream maker,pop corn maker(bring own ice cream mix/popcorn) and many other items just ask if you have any concerns I’m sure I have it.
-You will need to provide your own paper plates/towels, plastic silverware, ect.
-Will provide sheets and towels for small washing fee.
-Will deliver and pick up for a fee(preferred method of getting this to -your camping spot)
-Will provide free fire wood if requested(30 peices) more can be purchased if desired.
-Corn hole(bean bag toss) available for a fee
-Table top heater available for a fee
-You must have towed something this size before to pull. Must have a truck capable of towing 8000 pounds equipped with a trailer brake f250 or larger is preferred.
-45 dollar fee for winter camping to cover cost of propane/dry camping
-50 dollar cleaning fee if returned dirty
-40 dollar fee to dump if not dumped
-No refund of deposit if smoked in
