This R-Pod has been loved and customized for comfort and style. Located in the beautiful Livermore valley wine country and ready to boondock anywhere as long as you can tow 3,500 lbs. (wet). You'll have all the gear you'll need to camp out and some personal touches to enjoy the aesthetic. Be more nimble and be able to go more places with a lightweight and small trailer that has the slideout for stretching out. Other things to noteHaving your own brake controller is highly recommended and is dangerous without one as you cannot engage the trailer brakes on the road. I can provide a brake controller but cannot guarantee that the adapter of the controller will adapt to your particular truck's model.Stabilizing sway bars are installed at the hitch but I still recommend not filling your water tank until you are closer to your destination. The fresh water tank is towards the back and can give you a little sway. The trailer emergency brakes will deploy if you sway, which has happened to me on occasion. Just take your foot off the gas and slow down to stabilize your speed in that situation.This trailer is meant to be comfortable and homey. Enjoy, just treat with respect please. The window treatments, screen doors, drawers and all are delicate, please treat gently and they function just fine.

I am a professional photographer who decided to hit the road with my trailer and photograph and camp the national parks for a year. One year later I have decided to go abroad. I have put customization and lots of love into the RPod. It's perfect for a couple or up to 3 to hit the road and boondock just about anywhere. There's plenty of extras for all your needs and so comfortable at night. I'd still be living in it if I wasn't moving abroad. I'm hoping other people with a great story will take her on their next adventure.
The RPod is located in Livermore, CA in the middle of wine country. Perfect for your next adventure to Tahoe, Yosemite or wandering the bay area north to the coast. Since you're visiting Livermore anyway I would highly suggest visiting wineries in the area and especially enjoying the Purple Orchid Resort and Spa where you pick up the trailer. Get a massage, hit the pool and experience some of the best hospitality from your host (and my best friend) Derek.

We anticipate you'll return the trailer as you received it, clean, no smoking inside and with empty tanks. Fees will be charged after return/check-in of the condition of the trailer should these not be done. See 'add-ons' for details.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric - use black 30amp cord to power regulator provided to power source. Adapters provided if necessary
Water - from main source: regulator into DEEP BLUE hose (LIGHT BLUE hose is for black flushing) into water filter into RPod's city water connection.
Sewer - Use LIGHT BLUE water hose to flush SEWER tank. Then switch the sewer hose to the WASTE/GREY water tank connection to empty that tank.
The less water in your tanks the lighter and easier your towing ride.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The RPod is located at the Purple Orchid resort & spa. You'll be on contact with Derek for pickup & dropoff and have plenty of flexibility. Wine, olive oil, spa treatments, pool lounging and breakfast are all available for purchase
