Prior to every rental, it receives a multi-point inspection so it's always ready for your worry-free adventure!What's includedThe van includes many of the necessities that you may want. There is a fully stocked kitchen if you desire. Dishes, silverware, and Wanbasion sharp knives. A set of organic spices, sugar, flour, and other essentials are included. Large pyrex for microwave, 3 pans, mixing bowls, strainer, measuring spoons, and cups are in the kitchen. A mini waffle maker is included and a French press coffee maker. In the bathroom, there are four microfiber beach towels and a case. One set of sheets and a happy vibes quilt are included. 2 Tommy Bahama camping chairs with a backpack and cooler, bbq set, an outdoor stovetop, and 19” portable fire pit with a long quick connection to RV are included upon request. Heavy-duty flashlights, with spare battery, are installed in the closet. A large reversible patio mat, pop-up trash and recycle containers, are all available upon request. Because space is limited, we only include what you will use so just let us know what you want included and we will pack it up before you arrive. RecommendationsYou can take the Roadtrek anywhere because it is completely self-contained. It looks amazing at the campground, but gives you the flexibility of parking anywhere you want, such as the top of a mountain, at a trailhead, or right in Times Square. It isn't for someone who wants an "outback" experience, as it isn't a 4 wheel drive, it is for someone who wants a smooth, luxurious experience like a decent hotel room in the middle of the forest. It's a great way to camp without the inconvenience of camping.Other things to noteThe couch goes up and down on a button under the TV. If someone is on it when the button is pressed the motor will break, so please be careful. Pick-up and drop-off times designated during booking confirmation must be honored because Pineapple needs time to be cleaned and sanitized for the next renters. Please allow at least one hour when picking up the vehicle for a walk-through. Although this is a top of line RV and we are constantly updating it, it is still an RV and minor glitches can be expected such as handle sticking.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

There is a one-day buffer built into the schedule before the next renter.
Q.What is the van great for?
A.
It is great for trips where you don't know your destination ahead of time. It is perfect because you can park on a city street or a desert road. It is fully self contained so you can meander around without leaving the comfort of home.
Q.How hard is it to drive?
A.
It is very easy to drive because it is the same width as a typical minivan. It is easier to drive than a minivan and much more comfortable.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I am very flexible and you can usually give you the vehicle a bit early and allow a one-day for emergencies at the end of the rental. I can also arrange a delivery or pick up for $100 within 25 miles. You can leave your vehicle in my video-monitored driveway during the rental if you like.
