Eat in kitchen has island, solid surface countertops, 18 cubic foot refrigerator, microwave, 3 burner gas stove, and double sink. The kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen equipment. Adjoining the kitchen is the butler's pantry/study area with knee space desk and skylight. This area can be closed if privacy is needed. Perfect for bringing your laptop and working remotely while on vacay. Spacious master bedroom with one slide has king bed and ample storage. 32” TV. "S'more Smoky Mountains?" has two power adjustable awnings with LED lighting. Outside shower. Exterior marine grade speakers. There are two A/C units for your comfort, thus 50 amp service is required. Also has 35,000 BTU high output furnace. Cable and satellite connections. Equipped with carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm, propane gas leak detector, and fire extinguisher.
We will deliver and set up within 50 miles of Maryville, TN (not to leave the state of Tennessee). Delivery, set up, and take down fee of $200 applies.
