Hi All, I'm retired from the fire service after 32 years. My wife and I decided we wanted to explore the world of RVing so we bought a starter 5th wheel RV two years before retiring. We did lots of nearby beach camping, wine country camping, lots of anything nearby camping. We absolutely loved it, so much that after 5 years of RVing with our first RV, we decided to upgrade and buy this very comfortable "beast" to RV longer durations of "glamping," visiting further locations and seeing more of this country. We always have blast regardless of where we go , we meet some of the nicest folks at these RV parks. Not unusual to make great new friends while camping. Love to be able to share this experience with anyone interested in trying out RV camping. It's a great opportunity to "try before you buy".

Please no smoking, no vaping inside the RV. Please no pets. Limit total amount of campers to 6. Dish settings, glasses, cups, accommodation in the RV are for two. Bringing your own paper plates and "solo cups" is highly recommended. I will take care of hauling, setting up, and hooking up the RV to the RV campground of your choice. Full hook ups with at least 30 Amp service highly recommended. Pizza oven and additional outdoor kitchen including for your camping needs

Carl's RV was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. All we had to bring with us was clothes. Carl is a great owner, very friendly, on time, and gas great customer service. He checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was okay. I definitely recommend this vehicle and will be renting it again.

Hands down the best quality, best stocked "drop off/pick up" vehicle I have rented over the past 15 years.
Carl and his wife were dedicated to making this a good experience by being responsive to questions, being on time, and demonstrating thoughtfulness in every detail.
Everything worked. It might seem obvious that everything should work, but in the past with other vehicles it often has not. We travel with a big group of others that have trailers dropped off and mine was by far the best, not that I am competitive. lol
Well Stocked. The way the vehicle was stocked was way above average, not over stocked, but with everything you could think of needing and with quality items. It didn't feel like it was a pile of leftovers from other campers. It was thoughtfully done. A special thanks to Carl for responding to my wish list of large items so that I could take a smaller vehicle. He already had 90% of the items, and I was able to take smaller so that made packing easier than in the past.
Two heated massage chairs, fire place, large screen, so great.
Pitch black master bedroom. I think I loved this the most.

MORE THAN 5 STARS!! Amazing camping experience in this 5th wheel! It was comfortable, very clean, and had all the amenities of home. Carl and his wife were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. We will definitely reserve this 5th wheel for our future camping trips.

Sorry for the later review. This is an amazing trailer! We absolutely loved it, actually everyone at the campsite loved it! Top of the line amenities and everything was so easy to use. Carl was super helpful and easy to reach if we had any questions, he even sent a copy of his user guide ahead of time. The king bed was really comfortable but our favorite part was the reclining leather chairs. We ended each night in them with a drink in our hand, feet up, fireplace heater on and watching a movie....glamping at its finest!
