Beautiful remodeled Toyhauler! Sleeps 8 comfortably with queen room and bathroom upfront. Also a large open space, fits a 4 seater can am x3, with dual bunk beds. Also a huge couch in the middle turns into a bed for two. Plenty of storage through out the trailer with soft earth tone colors. It has central ac, heat, TV, stereo. cd/dvd, awning, bathroom with nice size shower and toilet. There is a large refer and freezer as well for all your perishables. It is equipped onboard generator (spare generator as well) and fuel station for hours of comfort wherever you decide to go. There is some outside storage as well in the oversized storage area. This toyhauler is in beautiful condition and will make your camping experience unforgettable!Includes:

What's includedWe provide camper toilet paper, do NOT user any other types and you have to use sparingly as these are not regular toilets/tanks. There are two propane tanks (full when you leave) but unless you're gone a long time it should last a few weeks. There is a floor carpet cover if you choose to use it. There is an outdoor awning over the door, but you do need to roll up if windy. We provide lines and extra matresses for bunk beds, some cook ware, portable grill (renter responsible for their own propane).Other things to note:
Pick up time is around 3pm. Drop off time is 4pm but flexible as long as you communicate. A late charge will be applied if dropped off late with no communication.
There is an orientation on the day of pick up or a day prior to explain all the workings of the trailer and the hook up procedures.Other things to noteThe trailer shall be returned in like condition in order to prevent additional cleaning charges. Please spray and wipe counters (cleaners included), wash & put away all cooking utensils/dishes/etc., sweep floor and remove trash from trailer. Deep cleaning, sanitizing and mopping are not necessary. If the unit is not returned in like condition, we will charge an excess cleaning fee at our discretion which will be discussed upon return. A Cleaning fee of $50.00 will automatically be deducted from deposit at return.
Seware system must be dumped prior to return or a $100.00 cleaning fee will be applied.
Security Deposit: 500
Return time: if not returned by 4pm , a late fee of 100.00 will be collected.
