Brand new comes with a 80 gallon water tank, which is twice as big as most. It also has solar and propane. No slide outs, very family friendly and spacious. What's includedWill come with basic cooking utensils, dishes, some towels, linens, and pillows. We also have a black stone grill, firepit, camping table, and a few camp chairs for your personal use. RecommendationsMake sure you have good clearance for the awning before you settle in. We’ve taking this to a few KOA campsites, and we’ve also boondocked without hook ups and did great for several days. It was amazing. Other things to noteNo smoking or pets
