Ready for a great weekend or week away from it all.This cozy trailer includes residential size 60x80 Queen murphy bed with window for light and great air flow. This model has a 2 full size bunk beds with windows to view the outside from their bed. Dining table converts to twin size bed. TV & DVD player swivels. Bluetooth ready radio with indoor and outdoor speakers. Shower with handheld sprayer.Outdoor kitchen with 2 burner stove, mini fridge and water hose.Unit rental includes use of 4 folding chairs, bed sheets, plates & utensils for 4ppl, cooking utensils, cutting board, and knives. Just add food, your clothes, bath towels and a toiletry bag and go! There are even a games in the cabinet to occupy the kids.* Requirements *
For your safety, we provide a 2" weight distribution hitch with sway bar control.
Dry weight is 4500 lbs, tow vehicle must have electronic brake controller hookup and 7K lbs towing capacity minimum.Important: Trailer does not have a built-in generator.Please note:

- Standard pickup/drop off distance with no extra fee is up to 10 miles from San Jose, CA.

Don't let the lack of a towing vehicle restrict your outdoor experiences! With this service, we deliver the Trailer to the campground or RV resort of your choice. If the location is a "Full Hookup" location, all services are connected for you. All you have to do is bring the family, Relax and "Kick Back". When you are ready to go home, we pick up the Trailer and empty the Tanks for you. You simply pack your bags and enjoy the memories.**** Post Rental *****
I ask that you dump all black and gray water before returning the trailer. We can direct you to a local dump station if you forget to do it at the RV Park. The dump station will charge a fee. If you return the trailer to us without dumping the black and gray water or if you'd like us to do it for you, there will be a charge of $80.* Cleaning Fee *
There is a basic cleaning fee of $99 and this amount will be deducted from your security deposit after the trailer is returned.Orientation Is 30-45 minutes please plan on this time before beginning your trip! Please bring copy of insurance and drivers license at time of pick up!
