Pets are also welcome at Deer Rest Camp Park but must be kept on a leash at all times.‘Thibaut Point Campground’ north of Truman Reservoir also offers campers a range of facilities and amenities perfect for RV camping. Full hookups are provided here, including water, sewage, and electrical hookup. Facilities include a dump station, flushing toilets, shower block, and picnic tables. Many pull-thru sites are to be found at Thibaut Point Campground, meaning all sizes or rigs are welcome here.

This charming local museum has a wide range of exhibitions that surely outways its size and location. Bart and Lori were amazing hosts. When our new hitch did not work Bart fixed the hitch in his shop. We are new to RVs so we called several times diring our trip. They answered quickly and always resolved our questions. We chose this trailer as it is light and easily pulled it with our Odyssey minvan. The bike rack was great and easily held 3 kids bikes. We would definitely recommend it!
