There are many options when it comes to camping at Selkirk Shores State Park. The campgrounds are made up of four loops, and all offer a little something different depending on your needs. All sites are pet-friendly.

Acorn Loop has 47 sites and is equipped with electric hookups. Amenities here include a freshwater fill-up station, dump station, restroom, showers and a basketball hoop for a little fun. Bird Loop is smaller with only 18 sites available to rent and offers similar amenities with electric hookup. Chipmunk Loop has 31 electric hookup sites and is great for kids, thanks to the playground in the campsite. Lastly, Dragonfly Loop provides 32 sites and also has a playground.

Exploring the Area

Just outside of Selkirk Shores State Park is the town of Pulaski, which is ideal if you are looking for local shops or a night out when RV camping at Selkirk Shores State Park. In addition to useful amenities, Pulaski also has some interesting attractions that are worth checking out, such as the Pulaski Historical Society, ideal for those looking to learn more about the history of the area. For a little more culture, the Kallet Theater, a former opera house, is a good place to visit if you are hoping to catch a movie or even a live performance.

Adrenaline lovers will have a great time at Thunder Island, a family amusement park that features a huge array of thrills and sideshows. Brave the large zip line or bring a swimming suit and take on the slides into the pools below. A few favorites are the Black Water Tunnel Twisters and Thunder Rush Extreme Body Sliding. Visitors could easily spend the whole day here, making use of the many attractions and making family memories.
