Edited 9/27/24 the refrigerator is out of service but I did place a medium sized mini fridge inside the camper till the original is fixed.Welcome to our cozy home away from home. Recently renovated and clean camper ready to hit the road! This 2003 Wildwood camper is perfect for a family getaway. Has plenty of space and can sleep 5-6 comfortably. Features a queen size bed with foam mattress topper, a twin and full bunk bed, and a convertible dinette table to a small bed perfect for kids. Both sleeping areas have a curtain to pull for privacy. The kitchen features a fridge, freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, and sink. The bathroom has a toilet and tub/shower combo. Just outside of the bathroom is a separate vanity. There are two TV's in the camper. A Roku TV is in the dining area and a TV with a firestick in the master bed area. There is a stereo above the dinette with an interior speaker system. The camper has functional A/C and heating. We have installed brand new blinds for privacy and blocking light. This camper weighs 5,200 lbs dry. It has a weight distribution hitch, a power tongue jack and a manual leveling scissor jacks, and a manual awning. There is a 30 and 50 amp power hook up, a 100' fresh water hose, and a holding tank discharge hose.Towing: Your vehicle must meet the towing requirements. This RV is easily towed with any newer 1/2 ton. Weight Distribution Hitch and Brake Controller

Propane: Propane is included in the rental. Once depleted it is your responsibility to obtain additional propane.
Security Deposit: The security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of returning the RV. Any additional fees will be deducted from the security deposit.
Waste Tanks: You are responsible for emptying the black and grey tanks during your rental. If you do not or cannot empty the holding tanks there will be a $75 fee added to the rental and charged as an add on

DISCLOSURE: You have truthfully disclosed the identity and proper age of all drivers towing the 2003 Wildwood Camper.
LATE FEE: You agree to pay a late return fee of $100 plus $125 per day if you do not return the vehicle unless arrangements have been made for a late return. We are very flexible! Just ask
CLEANING: You understand that the sum of the rental includes a cleaning fee of $0. if returned clean or $100 if not returned clean. Please refer to the final cleaning checklist for cleaning instructions. inside the camper book.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING: Excessive cleaning required that is above normal use will be cause for a minimum of $200.00 fee being charged. Examples: Excess mud, pet hair,stains, Heavily soiled in any part of the RV. Contracted services would be hired to properly clean and remove any excessive filth. You will be responsible for that cost plus a $100 administrative fee and charged towards your security deposit. Owners discretion.
MISSING or DAMAGED ITEMS: Replacement value plus a $50.00 administration fee for any missing or damaged items provided with the RV will be charged towards your security deposit.
NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/E-CIGS: Smoking/vaping/e-cigs are not permitted in the vehicle. If there is evidence of smoking, vaping or other strong odors, you will be subject to the additional cleaning fee of $300 plus potential forfeiture of your entire security deposit, at the owner’s discretion.
AWNING: Guests are welcome to use the awning. However, please understand that the awning is susceptible to damage if left extended during windy conditions. Please retract during windy conditions, before bed, and when away from RV. Renter will be held responsible for damage to Awning.
ROADS: Vehicle shall not be towed off road or any on unpaved surfaces or on very rough roads of any type. Except campground roads.
TOILET USE: Guests are reminded to only use RV-safe toilet paper when camping which is provided. Do not flush any other products other than TP
