The "Peak-to-Peak" Family Adventure
Best for: Families who want mountain views without a 10-hour drive.
Basecamp: Golden Gate Canyon State Park
Why it’s unforgettable: This is a "hidden gem" just 30 miles west of Denver. The Base Camp at Golden Gate Canyon offers stunning sites and proximity to over 35 miles of hiking trails.
Guest Experience: Wake up to the "Continental Divide" views, spend the morning hiking to Frazer Meadow to see the aspens, and head into the town of Golden, CO for a brewery tour in the afternoon.2. The "Silver Bullet" Speed & Scenery Run
Best for: Couples or groups looking for iconic Colorado landmarks and easy towing.
Basecamp: Garden of the Gods RV Resort in Manitou Springs, CO.
Why it’s unforgettable: You are parked in the shadow of Pikes Peak. This resort has premium amenities (heated pools and a game room) that match the "Silver Bullet" vibe.
Guest Experience: Drive the RV up to the Royal Gorge Bridge for a jaw-dropping walk across one of the world's highest suspension bridges, then return for a sunset BBQ at the resort with Pikes Peak as your backdrop.3. The "Dunes & Dark Skies" Expedition
Best for: Adventure seekers and photographers who want a unique landscape.
Basecamp: Piñon Flats Campground inside Great Sand Dunes National Park.
Why it’s unforgettable: There is nothing like seeing 750-foot sand dunes backed by snow-capped mountains. The park is also a designated International Dark Sky Park, making it a world-class stargazing destination.
Guest Experience: Rent sandboards and spend the day "surfing" the dunes. In the evening, use the RV's outdoor space for a "Star Party." On the way back, stop at the Zapata Falls for a quick hike to a secluded waterfall inside a rocky crevice.

5.0Host was great 5 stars. RV 3 stars because of the layout. It didn’t work for our family. Back room was small couch. Bed slid, but because of the host was very responsive and gave discounts where they needed to be or just being a good host is the reason why the five star review. Nothing broke down in the RV
