Responsive, helpful communication
Kevin & Ally are highly praised for quick responses, attentiveness during issues, providing information, and easy, contactless pickup/drop-off. One instance noted a vehicle swap causing accessibility issues for a guest.
Easy to drive, well-equipped
Guests consistently praise Swan for its ease of driving, good fuel economy, and comfortable bed. It's fully equipped with essentials like a solar-powered fridge, stove, and gear for off-grid travel, handling various terrains well.

5.0My partner and I rented the Swan. We are both 5'9" and comfortable stretched out in the bed. Everything you really need is included and once you take out the camp chairs, there is plenty of room for a duffle bag (or hiking backpack in my case) under the bed. The truck was manageable for a person who is not used to driving large vehicles (me) which is a big advantage over an RV, in my opinion. The mini fridge cooler was absolutely a blessing to have over an ice cooler and was fully powered by the solar recharge each day. Pick up and drop off was contactless and was a breeze. Truck was very intuitive to use and hosts were quickly responsive. Price was just right. Loved the experience.

5.0These expeditions are sweet. Basically just gotta show up with your clothes and some food and they provide everything else. Came down from Alaska and rented one for 10 days, highly recommend.
