This unit is beautiful and brand new. We fell in love with the double rear slide-outs that give it a large spacious living room. It has large wrap around windows which provides for an even more open feel and amazing views. It has an adjustable heat and flame controlled gas fire place, central heat and 2 A/C units. 1 A/C unit is dedicated to the master bedroom which has a queen bed and a full length closet. There are air mattresses if needed. The kitchen faucet is modern and the shower head has been upgraded also. Bed and bathroom linens will be provided. Kitchen and dining ware are included i.e. utensils, cups, plates, bowls, pots and pans, coffee pot and cups, toaster, air fryer, crockpot, electric skillet and an outside gas grill. 4 camping chairs, outside garbage can and fans.
What's included
Delivery / set-up / tear-down is available for $75 round trip for the first 25 miles, + $3/mile up to 100 miles.
Other things to note
No smoking indoors.
Be mindful of the weather (wind, rain) and bring in the awning when needed. I also recommend to bring in the awning when you are sleeping to avoid the weather coming in while you are sleeping.

Fabulous experience! I have been camping in a pop up for over 15 years. This was such a treat to have a camper set up for me!
Matthew's camper is 100% as advertised (better in person!) Matthew was great at communicating and was on time and very polite and friendly.
No need to bring any gear, Matthew has it all!
He even included a gas grill, a Roku ready big screen tv and very comfortable rocking chairs. Master bed was very comfy too!
