Very comfortable and modern 5th wheel. 3 slides - 1 in bedroom and 2 for the dining/kitchen area. The couch pulls into a bed for living room sleeping. The trailer sleeps 4 easy but we have slept up to 7 depending on the size of the children/adults and by adding inflatable mattresses or cots in the main living area. It has a built in electric fire place that does help heat the room during the cold winter months. 2 side by side leather seats for watching tv and relaxing. we do not have our home satellite attached so you will have movies or local channels only. Great lighting inside and outside of camper. Outdoor shower hookup available for cleaning off mud etc. Self leveling jack system for stabilization. It will come with linens and ready to use.

We are a family of 5 that love camping and boating and spending time together as a family. We have 1 daughter that is starting college and 2 sons that are still in school. We spend a lot of nights at the ball field following our kids' dreams and just don't get to use our camper as often as we would like. Because of this, we are offering it for use so that families can enjoy camping as much as we do in the comfort of amenities like home. When we are not at the ball field or working we are active in our home Church and enjoy spending time of fellowship with our friends. We pray that you enjoy your time with our camper and use the time to reconnect with your loved ones.
