Luxury 2021 5th wheel with private bunkhouse. With a u shaped dinette and tri-fold sofa, you can sleep more guests to make this a fun get away with family and friends! It has two slides, one in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen, making it very open and inviting. The master bedroom has a full size queen bed, with an upgraded comfy mattress. It has a king size wardrobe, underbed storage and much more! The bathroom boasts a large shower and plenty of room for all of your essentials. In the main area you will find a gourmet kitchen with a 16 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer that runs on both electric and propane gas, a full size microwave, gas cooktop, and a huge countertop for all of your food prepping needs. Tons of storage too! There is a fireplace to keep you warm on those cold nights. There are smart TV's throughout. The outside of the trailer has some amazing features too. There is a one-touch 20' awning with built in LED lighting. There is an outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge and a two burner cooktop.We want you to have a great time! if there's something that we can do to make your trip better, please reach out. We want you to be a customer for life.We also prefer to deliver and and setup the rig...so you can show up and enjoy.What's includedWe provide linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware, silverware, utensils, glasses, coffee mugs, Keurig coffee maker, electric percolator, toaster, board games, camp chairs (x4), 2-6’ folding outdoor tables, s’mores kit and more! A full list of items is available upon request.RecommendationsAll you need to do is bring your clothes, personal items, and food. We've got the rest! Other things to noteStrict no smoking/vaping allowed inside RV. If it smells like smoke, you will forfeit your entire security deposit, no exceptions. No climbing on the roof. No pets. No sand dunes or music festivals. This is our personal trailer as well. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and want to keep it looking beautiful for years to come. Must be 25+ yrs. old to rent and have experience towing a fifth wheel.
