Our first dinner was hotdogs on the grill with sauted onions and peppers - simple inexpensive food - but so good!Other things to noteIf you have a full size truck, you can probably pull this rig. Your gas mileage will go down but its easy to tow! Bring your dog, have fun. Just don't smoke inside. The tanks on the unit are great, but the shower tank will fill up quickly unless you are hooked up to sewer. The propane hot water heater is great - but it's not quite endless hotwater! Empty all the tanks before traveling - water is heavy - about 1,200 lbs heavier with the tanks full. Its easy to set up and hook up utilities - plug and play! If you don't know how to do something - there is always someone around in a RV resort who will help. RV people are super friendly!

We have two (2) RVs and four (4) pontoon boats. The boats are for use at Lake Gaston while the RVs can go anywhere. One RV is a trailer and one is driveable. We do our best to equip the boats and RVs with everything you could need for an enjoyable experience. When we bought our first RV and outfitted it with grill, ice maker, and the highest quality zero gravity chairs we've ever purchased - we though - we need to share this others.

Absolutely No Smoking or vaping is allowed inside the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be retained to have the RV professionally cleaned. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. Renter shall no attempt to make repairs. Out of pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by the owner upon return of the vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided. Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be the renter's responsibility.Renter is responsbile for any damage to awning due to negligence, always retract the awning at night or when unattended to prevent high winds/storms from damaging it. We love pets and allow pets by approval only; dogs must weigh less than 30 pounds and keep them off the furniture. The RV is equipped with a vaccum and essential cleaning supplies. Renters with pets are required to purchase the additional Damage Protection Plan. THIS RULE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT: Take lots of pictures, listen to your music a little louder than normal, make sure the drinks stay cold, laugh, then laugh some more, and create memories that will last a lifetime!
