-No smoking: Smoking or vaping (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) will forfeit your entire security deposit! If you lose your security deposit due to damage to the unit, you will be charged an additional fee up to $1000.
-No Pets: Since many people have allergies and it is difficult to remove the odors and allergens associated with them. If evidence of a pet on site you will forfeit your entire security deposit! If you lose your security deposit due to damage to the unit, you will be charged an additional fee up to $1000.
-No walking, climbing or sitting on the roof.
- Make sure the black and gray water tanks are reading empty before you return the unit. If you are unable to do so a $100 dumping fee will be charged.
