If you've ever wanted to explore what life would be like in a converted school bus, now is your chance! The Who Bus is a basic Skoolie (sometimes spelled "schoolie") conversion that balances the amenities of an RV with the minimalist lifestyle of camping. The indoor cabin is about 20 feet long plus the cockpit area, with a queen bed, mini fridge, and a pop-up dining room table to comfortably seat at least 4 (with 4 more folding chairs stored in the table itself for additional seating!).When the bus is running, the AC and the heat work wonderfully. I've stayed in it in 35 degree temperatures with no heat under the warm down comforter and been quite content, but the cabin itself will get cold at night. An electric space heater will not work on the inverter, they pull too much heat. Please don't try, as you'll break the electric and it will cost thousands of dollars, which would be a pretty expensive trip for ya. That said, if you stay somewhere with access to electric, feel free to run an extension chord out the side window and hook one up. We've done this before and it works quite nicely. This vehicle is also equipped with a Very basic emergency use toilet, meaning we use a 5 gal bucket with camp toilet bags. We provide a few, but don't think of it as a full regular toilet. :)The stereo and speakers are all new and hook up to bluetooth, so it works wonderfully for music on long drives. The ride is a bit bumpy if you're used to a standard motorhome or van, but quite comfortable compared to most school busses. It has one of the best Skoolie engines around as well. This is a Diesel vehicle, and Must have diesel fuel. If you don't put diesel in this bus you will destroy it completely. Please be careful. If you've never driven an over-sized vehicle like a school bus or a 30ft+ U-Haul, or a semi-truck, this will be an adjustment to drive. It's a powerful, heavy, very large vehicle. Be prepared to take it slow and take some time to get used to it.What's included-Cooking Stove
-Fresh Linens and an extra blanket or two :)
-2 Camping Chairs
-Emergency Use Toilet w/ camp toilet bagsDelivery or pickup can be accomodated within a 40 mile radius of address upon request for an additional fee.
RecommendationsThis is GREAT for national parks and road trips. Being right around 25 feet it can work in most RV pull-in or pull-through spots, and is great for dispersed camping. We have taken it to the Grand Canyon, Fort Bragg, and the Mojave Desert, just to name a few places. Other things to noteSome things are nailed to the floor, some aren't. Items will shift a bit during driving, and an accident avoiding level of hard breaking could make the bed move. While we haven't had any issues, understanding this will help you pack in a way where all your things are safe and comfy during driving.

Hi there! I'm Karsten.
My girlfriend Noelle and I bought this bus a few years ago because it was the perfect Schoolie opportunity. We love to travel! She's a rough-it style camper, but I'm a bit of a drama queen when it comes to sleeping on the ground (or lack of showers). The bus has provided us with the perfect compromise, and was a blast to convert. We've already taken it on multiple amazing trips, and love the flexibility it provides to essentially camp anywhere, any time.
I love writing poetry and creative non-fiction, she loves ballet (she dances for Eugene Ballet in OR!). We don't have any pets currently, but live in intentional community with two chosen-family level friends who have cats and a bird, so we get our pet fix through them. :) We also are both huge foodies, and can't help but try all the amazing restaurants in every city we go to.
We love meeting new people and making new friends. We look forward to meeting you!
