We are happy to deliver to your campsite or customers may also pick up and tow.
Will do destination deliveries to Disney but minimum stay is 6 nights .Beautiful, still brand new condition. This unit has a master bedroom at one end and bunk house at opposite end with full over full bunks. This unit does not have any slides so is lighter and easy to tow. We offer antisway brake arm for those interested in picking up and towing. We have also added back up and side camera’s. Super easy to pull and to set up.
In our add ons we have a break module that is available for those
picking up and towing must be added unless guest has there own to use while in tow. FL law requires a breaking module when towing travel trailers.
Unit is great for families and beds are very comfortable. Very clean and cozy.All beds include memory foam topper on top of mattress for great comfy nights sleep. Couch has a couch cover and dinette cushions have covers. All covers are removed and sanitized between uses. All duvets are also removed and sanitized. Fresh linens and towels. Unit will always be clean and fresh for guest. 24 hrs is currently required between bookings .Our family has loved taking this travel trailer on family adventures and creating great memories.We are dog friendly for small breed dogs under 45 lbs . We love our dogs but beds and couches are not for our 4 legged fur babies.
We sanitize with an ozone generator between rentals so even those who don’t have dogs do not have to worry about ever feeling like they’re in a pet friendly travel trailer.I have worked very hard to make this as simple as camping can be. I want each guest to be able to create memories and relax and we will do the work. All that is needed is clothes , toiletries and food. Happy camping!If you need delivery and set up and the site you are on does not have full hook up with sewage the dump fee is required to be added in the add ons. Even if camp ground has a dump station. When not conveniently at the campsite itself means additional time, especially if there is a line at the dump station , or if no dump station I have to drive 25 minutes each way to the nearest dump station as well as pay the fees. Any damages or theft of items will be taken out of deposit , if damages aren’t covered under insurance and exceed deposit it could result in legal action which legal fees and court cost will be paid by renter.
Campers must follow the rules of campground .
Camper may not be moved if reservation is for delivery and pick up.
Awning must be brought in at night or before storm or it can be damaged.
If using the restroom and using the shower guest must check the holding tanks daily. ( electric reader is inside next to kitchen sink, simply hit the button)
When tanks are 2/3 full guest will need to pull Lever to empty tanks.
Dishes, pots, utensils that are used need to be washed after each use.
Grill cover is to be kept on grill when not in use and cool.
Dogs are not to be left unattended
Dogs are not to be in beds or couch.
Garbage needs to be placed in proper garbage receptacles that camp ground provides daily not left outside.
Absolutely no candles or open flames inside camper at anytime.
If holding tanks come back full a $50 dump fee will be added.

Amy was very responsive and left detailed instructions on how to operate the trailers functions. This made it very easy to camp in comfort! She even went the extra mile to have cute little Christmas decorations which made it even more magical. The trailer was very tidy and well kept and had a lot of functional spaces and many great outdoor features.
