Treat our camper like it’s your own home. Please keep it clean and report any damages or issues right away so we can fix them quickly for the next guest.
🚭 Smoking & Vaping:
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. A cleaning fee will apply if smoke odor or residue is detected.
🐾 Pets:
Pets are welcome with prior approval! Please keep them off beds and furniture, and clean up after them.
💧 Bathroom Use:
Only RV-safe toilet paper (provided) should be flushed — nothing else. Please empty the black and gray tanks before returning the RV unless we’ve agreed to handle it for you.
🔥 Outdoor Use:
Enjoy campfires and grilling responsibly! Never leave fires unattended, and keep all cooking outside the RV.
🚗 Towing & Travel:
If you’re towing, please confirm your vehicle’s towing capacity and that it has a brake controller installed. Drive cautiously, especially on uneven roads and during turns. The weight-distribution hitch and sway control are provided for your safety — please use them.

I’m flexible and happy to work with your schedule when possible. Just send me a message and we’ll coordinate the best times for your trip.

Are pets allowed?
A.
Yes, pets are welcome! Please keep them clean and supervised. A small pet fee helps with deep cleaning.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The RV is very user, friendly and fully electric, including the stabilizer system. I provide simple instructions and walk you through everything step by step, so even first-time campers feel confident and comfortable.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric: The RV is 50 amp. Just plug the main 50-amp power cord into the campground’s pedestal. Once connected, the RV powers on immediately and all systems run normally. Water: Connect the fresh water hose to the campground spigot, turn the valve on, and you’ll have running water throughout the RV. Sewage: Attach the sewer hose to the RV outlet and connect the other end to the campground drain. When you’re ready to empty the tanks, open the valves slowly.
