The longer wheelbase makes for a much more spacious camper van when cooking, lounging, sleeping, and hanging with your friends. This van is loaded with all your amenities.This van is perfect for long weekends and road trips. It will keep you comfortable with a powerful heater and rooftop fan. The kitchen has all the modern features of a home, including a sink, fridge, stove, and hot water. The van packs a powerful electronic system with lithium batteries that are charged by solar, alternator, and shore power.The main bed sleeps two adults on a queen size plush mattress. The bench in the front doubles as a 3rd bed. A cassette toilet is hidden inside the van and can be pulled out of its drawer and used inside the van or outside. After a day of adventure, you can shower using the out-the-back shower with hot water for rinsing off after a surf, hike, or bike ride... There is plenty of storage under the bed to store all your adventure gear, including up to two full-size bikes inside.The van is located in Scotts Valley, 35 min south of San Jose International Airport (SJC) and about 1 hr south of San Francisco International Airport (SFO).Everything that you will need is included in the van, cookware, tableware, linens, and pillows.. all you need to do is hit the grocery store.

Hi, my name is David. I have traveled with my wife and dog in a Camper on an endless summer surf trip driving from Canada through Central America and down the Coast of South America. We have learned that traveling with a camper is the best way to have freedom and comfort at the same time. With a camper, you are on your time without sacrificing the things you want to bring on your adventure. We would love to share our passion with you and let you experience what it's like to travel in a camper van, just don't break it :)

Rules:
• Minimum renter age of 25 - All Drivers Must Be at Least 25 Years Old: and must be listed on the contract when you pick up the Camper Van. NO EXCEPTIONS
• No smoking of any kind (automatic $300 cleaning fee will be added)
• Fee for Late Returns: Unless agreed to in writing, there is a $1 per minute late fee. You will also be responsible for the cost of any canceled rentals due to a late return.
• Pick up & Returns: flexible on timing with advance notice
• No Refunds for Early Returns or late starts: If you return early or start late, we do not refund the days/time you will not use, no matter the situation. We hold these dates available for your use.
• Small- Medium dogs allowed (No more than 40 lb pets) Please add-on pet cleaning fee at checkout. The renter acknowledges that only pets disclosed and agreed to by the Owners in writing are allowed. Only one dog and no cats are allowed, no pets are ever allowed on the main bed. The renter acknowledges the damage a pet can cause to the interior is not covered by insurance and the responsibility of the Renter to cover it. We encourage you to consider Outdoorsy’s interior coverage.
• Furnishings: The renter acknowledges the RV is provided fully furnished and will be charged the full replacement cost of any missing or broken items, including any rental items like bikes, grills, etc. The owner will provide a complete inventory list inside a binder along with all operating instructions that is kept inside the RV
• Furniture and Upholstery: Please protect furniture and upholstery from activities that cause stains, damage, and soiling. Excess cleaning required to recover the cleanliness of our RV and upholstery to a clean and neutral state will result in additional charges assessed taken from the security deposit.
• Please do not climb the Camper van ladder or attempt to stand or sit on the roof (solar panels!). The renter is responsible for damages caused by climbing the ladder or use of the RV roof. The ladders are there for maintenance only
• Please limit the use of the Toilet to Emergencies. Must Empty before Return. The cassette toilet and gray tank should be completely empty. We charge $150 to clean and empty them for you. Cassette toilet can be dumped into any regular toilet or dump station (Do not use harsh disinfectants or scrubbing brushes in the toilet - rinse with warm or hot water - gentle liquid soap can be added if necessary! Gray tank is essentially just sink water so use your discretion when dumping
• Cooking Odors: We do not allow anything that can create a strong smell or mess inside the RV that is difficult to remove, such as fish, heavy spices, bacon, or any deep frying. Please cook anything that causes a smell or mess outside.
• Food Debris: Please do not allow food debris to be placed in sink drains. RV sink drainage cannot accommodate food debris and particles. The renter is responsible for damages due to cleaning drains of storage tanks
• Safe Driving: Please drive the vehicle at safe speeds using a safe following distance. Camper Vans are heavy vehicles and hard braking causes excess wear and tear on the braking system (plus MPG is so much better at speed limits). The renter is responsible for damages to the braking system and or tires that result from hard braking. Also, the vehicle is almost 12ft tall and a little top-heavy so pay extra attention to cornering speeds as well as low underpasses, trees, roofs, etc.
• Renter will be billed for any toll fees incurred. Toll Roads, Red Light Cameras, Parking Tickets, etc: Parking tickets, and mailed violations, including toll violations, are a major burden. We will charge you the cost of the fee plus a $150 administration fee if the violation occurs under your rental. If we have to pursue the cost through the courts, we will charge the maximum allowed by law, plus the cost of the court and the late fees.
• No concerts /Burning Man or mass gathering events. No exceptions
• This vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracking device
• Limit driving to roads on maps - No Major Off-Roading: Jeep trails and off-roading is prohibited; dirt roads and fire roads are permissible. The vehicle may be operated only on official roads open to motor vehicle travel as designated by the federal, state, local government, National Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management. The renter agrees to operate the vehicle only in a safe, non-abusive, and lawful manner. Any major offloading will be a forfeit of your entire security deposit. Watch for branches, rocks or anything else that can damage the vehicle. You are 100% responsible for any and all damage regardless of the situation or person at fault.
• No driving outside of the USA! Travel Restrictions: This vehicle is not allowed to travel into Mexico and will cause the unit to be reported stolen and a total forfeit of your deposit.
• Abandon vehicle - we charge $1000 per day plus all accrued expenses and rental losses that it takes us to safely return the vehicle back to Santa Cruz, California
• Return Condition: The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as when received it. We will wash the exterior. Our low cleaning fee covers the cost to have someone professionally wash the exterior and disinfect the interior. It does not cover any deep cleaning. If any additional cleaning is necessary, either interior or exterior, the renter will be charged an additional cleaning fee that is cost us over the $150 cleaning fee.
• You will receive a full tank of fuel: The Vehicle Must be Returned Full of Fuel. If the fuel tank is not entirely full, the renter will be charged the fuel cost to fill it up. Diesel #2 only! No bio-diesel (messes with emissions system).
