170 2WD Sprinter Pivot Van with seating for 4 (lap belts only in 2nd row) sleeps 3-4 (3 adults) dining area for 4 with swivel front seats. Shower sets up in a minute or two between the cabinets and cassette toilet is ready to go and easy to empty. Van is heated quickly for extremely cold weather by remote control and AC is excellent for hot summertime fun! Cargo space is abundant with this versatile layout featuring a Murphy-bed that can fit bikes underneath or divide the van in half as a safety bulkhead for a stand-up garage 5’x6’ In addition, the stow-away dining area seating drops into a pedestal allowing a 2nd bed 36” x 69” (2 kids or 1 adult under 6’) in addition to the back bed that is an extended full-size bed that sleeps like a queen bed for over 6’ tall campers. The cook top, Keurig, microwave and fridge/freezer are just inside the slider door across from the sink cabinet which holds 17 gallons of water with a 5 gallon hot water heater. Fold down the 40”4K Smart TV, connect to a hotspot or WI-FI and you can stream whatever you choose, or with DVD player (for no cell service) the Home Theater surround sound makes it seem like you never left home or wish you didn’t need to return! 3500 watt generator is optional depending on your power usage for appliances/AC needs vs your plug in options, charging opportunities and drive times…What's includedThe van comes with a MaxiFan and sky light for cross ventilation, privacy curtains, large garbage and laundry, diesel parking heater, a second tri-folding mattress, bedding, utensils and dishes, optional generator, bike rack, spare tire carrier, abundant garage area for campers who bring recreational gear, back-up water tanks, coffee maker, toaster, cook top for outside use, zero gravity lawn chairs, and a bug screen for sliding door only. Being near refilling water spouts and other amenities is not a must but it allows for abundant power and water use. The van has a whisper-quiet 9000 BTU mini-split air conditioner/heat pump that will use up battery power in about 5-8 hours. Renting the generator that is available is smart if you like to be cool in hot climates. This van has all the comforts of home for a small family or couple looking to getaway!Other things to noteNot suited for boon-docking down a rough road with low ground clearance and just 2 wheel drive. This is made for easy to get to improved camp grounds and roads. Hook-ups are optional… dry camping with 400 amp hours of lithium batteries and a 3000 watt inverter, supported by solar and charging as you drive. A generator is available if you see yourself (AC) consuming power and not driving a lot? Idling the van to charge is not an option but the 3500 watt generator is quiet and in 3 hrs you should be fully charged if the sun is helping a bit.
